Great service this evening at the Lawson MO AG church. Pastor Cook is doing a great job to promote missions in his church. You can tell the church loves and stands behind its missionaries.

Bill Kirsch update - 2009-10-14

I have completed the three days of training, and leave tomorrow. This has been a rich time of training and developing relationship with the leadership and pastors of the church in Gabon.

Back in Gabon and staying with another family from one of the churches. Each day we will have leadership training sessions in the morning and afternoon.

Another great combined service at the main church in the capital city of São Tomé. The large courtyard was packed again with people.

We are in São Tomé for a week. There has never been an Assembly of God missionary here and everyone is very happy with our visit and so appreciative of all we do.

Boarded a small plane for São Tomé. It is about an hour flight straight west from Gabon, into the Atlantic Ocean to this small island nation.

I arrived in Libreville Gabon this evening no worse for the wear (I think). I serve as the Missionary Field Moderator for Gabon, where we have no Assembly of God missionaries.

I leave at 6AM tomorrow for Gabon and São Tomé.

Had services today in Dundee and Waterford Michigan. These two churches have been faithful in their support of my work in Africa. I am so thankful for their faithfulness.
