Africa’s Hope helps facilitate one doctoral and numerous Master’s-level ministry training programs across the continent that prepare servant leaders to equip the church in Africa to fulfill God’s mission in the power of the Holy Spirit. The graduates of these programs become pastors, national church leaders, Bible school trainers, and the teachers of future trainers.
Because of the great training needs across Africa, we must train current and future trainers. Bible school teachers are a critical link in training the harvest. They will be the ones to train the more than 25,000 pastors in Africa who are now leading congregations but have never received pastoral training. Africa’s Hope facilitates these schools by providing teachers, library books, scholarships and subsidies.
Some of our schools are accredited through government recognition, as is the case of West Africa Advanced School of Theology and Pan-Africa Theological Seminary (PAThS). Other Master’s-level programs are accredited through an agreement with Global University. The Master’s programs offer concentrations in Bible, leadership, and missions. PAThS offers a Ph.D. in Theological Studies and a DMin with study tracks in Pastoral Theology, Education, Leadership and Missions.
